Here we seek to inform you of a social revolution taking place in a very special internet community at M-Web. As you may already know, or soon be finding out, the nature of 'Law' on the Net is something of a myth because it is difficult, if not impossible, to enforce any behaviour restrictions on people, who often go to extreme lengths to protect their identities.
